Booking Policies

1. 01

   Booking Confirmation

   A charter is confirmed upon receipt of an initial 50% deposit. This deposit is fully refundable for any reason up to 40 days prior to the scheduled charter date.

2. 02

   Final Payment

   The remaining 50% of the charter fee, together with the estimated fuel consumption, may be paid at the client's convenience — at any point up to and including at boarding on the day of the charter.

3. 03

   Cancellation by Client

   In the event of a cancellation within 40 days of the charter date, or a no-show on the day of the charter, all amounts paid are non-refundable. The client is also responsible for any cancellation charges related to confirmed add-ons or extras.

4. 04

   Weather Policy

   For the safety of all guests, the company reserves the right to cancel a charter due to adverse weather conditions — strong winds, high waves, thunderstorms, or heavy rain. The captain makes the final decision on the day of the charter. If the charter cannot be safely operated and rescheduling is not possible, a full refund will be issued.
